Applicant should have a sense of responsibility towards the industry and community and be willing to share and contribute.
Applicant must meet one of the following conditions： 1) Industry-related enterprises, including developers, builders, contractors, and suppliers，or 2) Closely related enterprises, including architects firms, engineering companies, project management companies, urban planning, real estate funds, real estate agencies, certifiers, etc., or 3) Non-closely related enterprises - the association allows up to 10% of members to come from non-closely related industries. When the proportion of members from non-closely related industries is less than 10%, applying enterprises on the waiting list can be admitted. 4) Non-closely related enterprises - approved by the Board of Directors.
Enterprises applying for membership must obtain the approval of 75% of the Committee members
